Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day tasks for our Indonesia program in Jakarta. You will coordinate onboarding with the Employer of Record, support regulatory compliance, and resolve operational challenges while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in related fields.
• Proven experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably supporting new entity setups or international operations.
• Good working knowledge of administration and regulatory environments in Indonesia.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across the Indonesia program.
• Coordinate onboarding scheduling, equipment/access setup, and employee support with EOR provider.
• Support local regulatory requirements with legal and compliance advisors.
• Identify and flag operational challenges and coordinate resolution.
• Source, onboard, and manage local vendors and service providers.
• Coordinate logistics for staff travel, field visits, donor meetings, and events.
• Maintain and improve internal operational systems and processes.
• Draft, organize, and maintain operational documentation and communications.
• Coordinate between consultants, partners, and cross-cultural teams.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Contribute to process improvements and best-practice documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the COO and HR Operations management.
