Job summary

Viction.id Customer Relations Officer (Jakarta Area) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will handle customer inquiries across channels, provide timely information about Viction.id’s trading education services, and ensure a positive experience for learners and community members.

You will manage client interactions, follow up on feedback or complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve services.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in customer support and client relations to manage inquiries and build relationships.
• Analytical skills to interpret feedback and identify service improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
• On-site in Jakarta with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience in education/fintech/digital platforms is beneficial.
• Familiarity with trading or financial markets a plus.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
