We are currently looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our growing team in the following positions:

Qualifications

• Minimum experience 5-10 years in a similar position.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop kitchen teams.
• Proficient in menu development, recipe standardization, and food costing. (1,2,3)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, quality control, and cost efficiency. (2,3,4)
• Able to maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holiday.
• Willing to be assigned to any Allez Group outlet based on business needs.
