Job summary

BTS, a Jakarta-based finance operation, seeks a Finance Executive and Admin to maintain monthly compliance, invoicing, and VAT processes. You will manage petty cash, vendor payments, and vendor portals while coordinating with external accountants and the Jakarta team.

The role requires accuracy, discretion with confidential data, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with working English. You will be integral to keeping the Indonesia entity running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance or related field (D3/S1).
• Experience in finance administration, accounts payable/receivable, or tax.
• Hands-on with Coretax, e-Faktur and e-Bupot.
• Proficient in Xero or a cloud accounting system.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; working English with external accountant.

Responsibilities

• Act as Petty Cash Holder with full audit trail.
• Own end-to-end invoicing including Faktur Pajak (tax invoices).
• Handle vendor withholding tax and prepare payment packs.
• Prepare and file monthly VAT return (SPT Masa) and withholding returns.
• Maintain bookkeeping and month-end close in Xero.
• Register and maintain company on procurement portals (Coupa, Verona, PaDi UMKM).
• Support office management and coordination with building, rooms and vendors.
