Job summary

PT. JTT LOGISTIK INDONESIA is seeking a diligent billing and finance administrator to support invoicing, document control, and basic accounting activities in our Jakarta operations.

The role involves organizing operational, billing, and financial documents, verifying information, and coordinating with Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing documentation. Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in billing, finance administration, accounting administration, or document control.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and billing processes.
• Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well-organized with ability to manage multiple documents and tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Preferred experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check, organize, and maintain operational, billing, and financial documents accurately.
• Support the preparation and issuance of customer invoices and billing documents.
• Verify billing information against quotations, agreed rates, operational records, and supporting documents.
• Follow up with the Operations team and other relevant departments to obtain missing or incomplete documents required for billing.
• Input and maintain accurate financial and operational data in the company’s system or Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of physical and electronic records to ensure easy retrieval.
• Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding billing documents and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure complete and accurate billing documentation.
• Support basic accounting, finance, and administrative activities.
