Job summary

PT Xin Ming Hua Engine in Jakarta is seeking an accounting professional to manage invoicing, VAT reporting, journal entries, and vendor/customer master data. The role requires accurate ledger work and collaboration with admin teams.

You should have >2 years relevant experience, strong MS Excel and SAP familiarity, and a commitment to timely, compliant financial reporting for a multinational structure.

Qualifications

• Preferably more than 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Knowledge/Experience using SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create Faktur on CORETAX and distribute to admin.
• Create monthly tax report (VAT, PPh).
• Journal entry.
• Create Business Partner.
• Distribute Credit Note and Debit Note to admin.
• Collect bupot/prepaid PPh 22 (Gov), Faktur and PPh 23 from customer.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.
