Supermom Pte Ltd in Jakarta is seeking a hands-on Event Operations Assistant to support events, community gatherings, and brand activations in Jakarta. Working closely with the B2C team, you will assist with vendor coordination, logistics, equipment, and on-site execution.

Based in Jakarta, you will coordinate venues, manage on-site setup, and ensure smooth experiences from registration to teardown, while adapting to evening or overnight loading as required by event schedules.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience in event operations, exhibitions, brand activations, or event organizer team.
• Based in Jakarta or the surrounding area and able to attend the office every Tuesday-Thursday.
• Available for evening or overnight loading, early starts, and weekend work when required by event schedules.
• Comfortable with physical event work, including moving supplies, packing, setup, and dismantling.
• Basic familiarity with audiovisual equipment and confidence assisting technicians with simple setup and troubleshooting.
• Able to source vendors, communicate requirements clearly, and follow up consistently.
• Organized, responsive, resourceful, and able to follow instructions while taking initiative.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and operational checklists; able to travel independently to venues and vendor locations across Jakarta.

• Support event preparation through operational checklists, packing lists, schedules, and logistics coordination.
• Research and contact vendors, collect quotations, compare options, and follow up on requirements and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate venue access, loading schedules, setup requirements, and equipment needs with venues and vendors.
• Prepare, pack, move, set up, and dismantle booth assets, signage, merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
• Support registration, participant flow, sampling, booth activities, and other on-site operational needs.
• Support the preparation of event multimedia materials, such as simple bumper videos and presentation assets, and assist with on-site FOH coordination, including visual and audio playback, basic equipment checks, and cue execution, in collaboration with venue technicians or operators.
• Assist with speaker coordination before and during events, including briefing schedules, arrival arrangements, and backstage support to ensure speakers are ready for their sessions.
• Resolve practical issues on-site and promptly flag problems requiring the team’s decision.
• Maintain event inventory and assist with stock checks, returns, receipts, and post-event documentation.
