Job summary

Squeeze is seeking an energetic Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute brand events in Indonesia. You will build relationships with brands, vendors, communities, and media to boost exposure, managing timelines and budgets to ensure flawless execution.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in event roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in event related roles.
• Detail oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners (brands, vendors, communities, media, etc.)
• Prepare proposals and partnership/sponsorship plans
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Create event reports and performance evaluations
• Identify and develop strategic collaboration opportunities to boost brand awareness and engagement
