StickEarn is seeking a Freelance Operations team member for Jakarta to work with the operations team on project execution in the assigned area. You will coordinate with Grab drivers, community stakeholders, and vendors, monitor progress, and support operational reporting to ensure successful campaigns.

You will collaborate with the team to resolve challenges, maintain positive stakeholder relationships, and ensure targets are met while delivering a smooth day-to-day operation.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to delivering results.
• Creative and resourceful in solving operational challenges.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the operations team to execute projects and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Lead and coordinate project activities within your assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, particularly Grab drivers and their communities.
• Prepare and submit operational reports using the tools and templates provided.
• Help resolve operational challenges and ensure project targets are met.
