PT. Maha Kreasi Indonesia seeks an experienced Event Coordinator to oversee end-to-end event support, from admin to accommodation and transport. You will coordinate talent, crews, and vendors, ensuring timelines stay on track and issues are resolved swiftly.

You will document meetings, manage post-event reports, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders in Jakarta or Bandung. This role requires flexibility for weekend/event-day work and strong organizational skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or project coordination.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple parties including vendors, talents, and crews.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and during event days.

Mansioni

• Identify, coordinate, and fulfill event support requirements (admin, contracts, finances, catering, transport, accommodation).
• Coordinate talent and crew procurement based on event needs.
• Maintain meeting minutes and document key discussions and updates.
• Coordinate with vendors, manpower, talents, and crews to ensure operational needs are met.
• Monitor event preparation and execution, ensuring readiness of materials and logistics.
• Coordinate talent schedules to ensure activities run on time.
• Handle issues and changes promptly during preparation and execution.
• Prepare and compile post-event reports and evaluations for clients.
