Based in our Jakarta office, you will partner with Marketing, Product, Design, and IP partners to ensure consistent messaging and live ops alignment, while proactively addressing player issues to maintain a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or social media strategy within the video games industry (mobile games preferred).
• Deep Mobile Gaming Context: Familiarity with F2P casual mobile games, live-ops cycles, and social engagement loops.
• Analytical mindset: ability to analyze community metrics, sentiment data, and campaign performance to optimize strategy.
• Exceptional communication: fluent in English with strong copywriting for casual, friendly brand voices.
• Project management excellence: track record of managing multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
• Passion for gaming: genuine love for casual/social games and communities.

Responsibilities

• Define Strategy & Core Pillars: Build, execute, and scale our community engagement strategy focused on five core pillars: Player Relationships, Recognition, In-Game & Out-of-Game Events, Brand Loyalty, and Player Service.
• Content & Social Channel Management: Plan, craft, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Voice of the Player & Studio: Synthesize feedback and trends into clear reports for Product, Design, and Marketing.
• Creator & Influencer Partnerships: Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors in casual gaming.
• Community Events & LiveOps Integration: Design and evaluate high-impact community events aligned with LiveOps and campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, Design, and IP brand managers for consistent messaging.
• Crisis & Sentiment Management: Monitor channels and address issues to maintain a welcoming community.
