Tripledot Studios Limited is hiring a Project Manager for our Jakarta studio, Ludios. You will bridge vision and execution, coordinating development lifecycles to deliver a world-class mobile gaming experience to millions of players.

You’ll drive multiple live-ops projects, balance resources, and maintain clear communication with artists, designers, and developers in a hybrid Jakarta-based role.

Qualifications

• Amazing communication to articulate issues, requirements and vision.
• Ability to inspire and drive the team to meet deadlines.
• Experience producing and releasing games.
• Experience owning SCRUM processes.
• Experience planning product and game roadmaps.
• Fluent in industry-standard management tools such as JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple concurrent projects with shared resources.
• Manage Jira and dashboards including burndown charts, estimations, and priorities.
• Refine and groom tasks and backlogs.
• Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, post mortems, etc.
• Deploy and balance resources and workload to optimize velocity and quality.
• Create studio transparency across the whole development cycle.
