Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluent in English.
• Mandarin could be an advantage.
• Willing to be located at Head Office Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into system specifications.
• Translate system requirements into business language for users.
• Study business functions to determine operational objectives.
• Recommend improvements for systems and processes.
• Maintain user documentation and provide training.
• Identify issues and deliver better value by improving current processes.
