Golden Agri-Resources Ltd. is a leading, publicly-listed global agribusiness headquartered in Jakarta. We drive end-to-end palm oil production from seed to shelf, with operations across Indonesia.

We seek a Business Analyst to bridge business and IT, document requirements, recommend improvements, and train users. Based at head office in Jakarta, you will collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance processes and value.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluent in English.
• Mandarin could be an advantage.
• Willing to be located at Head Office Jakarta.

Job Description Summary : Act as a communication bridge between business and IT Department by translating business requirement into system specifications and vice versa translate system requirements/limitations into business language for users Job Description : Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating system/process requirements and formats. Recommend improvements for system/process by studying current practices; designing modifications where applicable. Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. Maintain system/process protocols by writing and updating procedures. Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing support; training users. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve current processes, discover issues and deliver better values.

Job Requirement : Min Bachelor Degree in any field Having min 2 years of working experience as Business Analyst Good Communication and Analytical Thinking Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
