The role involves testing Web and Mobile apps, documenting SOPs and guides, and leveraging AI tools to improve team workflows and quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in application testing and a solid understanding of SDLC.
• Basic knowledge of security concepts and ability to identify vulnerabilities.
• Degree in CS/Math/Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge communication between business teams and IT/Developers to gather issues and manage feedback.
• Perform functional, UI/UX, and workflow testing on Web and Mobile apps to ensure quality.
• Identify basic security vulnerabilities and logic flaws before launch.
• Create and maintain SOPs, technical guides, user manuals, and test cases.
• Conduct operational data analysis and produce performance reports for Ops & Support.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize team workflows and automate tasks.
