Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in application testing; automated testing is a plus.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and basic application security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Bridge communication between business/management teams and IT/Developers to gather issues, track bug resolution, and manage feedback.
• Perform application testing (functional, UI/UX, workflow) on Web and Mobile apps to ensure bug-free quality.
• Identify basic security vulnerabilities and logic flaws before systems launch; prepare SOPs, technical guides, user manuals, and test cases.
• Conduct operational data analysis and prepare performance reports for Ops & Support management.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize team workflows, including prompt engineering and automated test case generation.
