• Manage special projects from planning to implementation to drive operation improvements.
• Conduct assessment/diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Create project plans with timelines, scope, structure, and team roles.
• Provide clear directions and decisions to team members and stakeholders.
• Identify daily issues/risks during implementation and escalate to Head of Agronomy & Mechanization.
• Oversee project execution to meet objectives, timelines and costs.
• Develop a replanting and mature division model to showcase mechanization for cost efficiency.
• Run trials on mechanization initiatives across estates/divisions and optimize results.
• Codify, review and evaluate knowledge from implemented initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication with estate stakeholders to ensure project success.
