Job summary

PayJoy is seeking a senior sales operations leader to oversee promoter agency relationships and drive growth in Jakarta. You will guide field teams, align marketing and sales plans, and report on campaign ROI while ensuring adherence to brand standards and SLAs.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership experience, and fluency in English and Indonesian, with on-site presence in Jakarta and familiarity with CRM, analytics tools, and project management platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing and growing promoter agencies.
• Experience leading field and training teams.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Willing to on-site in Jakarta.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented and process-oriented with experience SLAs.
• Previous technical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee relationships with promoter agencies and ensure adherence to brand values and operational standards.
• Develop deployment strategic plans, forecasts, and goals to grow revenue and market penetration; conduct weekly reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and sales to create integrated plans and budgets.
• Provide reports on ROI, campaign effectiveness, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Work with the fraud team to train and curb fraud in stores.
