Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Sales Promotion Supervisor in Indonesia to plan, execute, and oversee promotional campaigns across channels. You will lead a team, coordinate with marketing and sales, and ensure promotions deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor negotiations, in-store promotions, events, and performance reporting. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred; travel is required to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in sales promotion, marketing, or related field, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of planning and executing sales promotion campaigns.
• Strong understanding of consumer goods industry, preferably within the food sector.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations for promotional activities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee sales promotion activities.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales promotion staff.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure seamless integration of promotional activities with broader campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify promotional opportunities and support sales initiatives.
• Manage the budget for sales promotion activities, ensuring cost-effective execution and ROI.
• Oversee the execution of in-store promotions, sampling events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for promotional materials, prizes, and event logistics.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new promotional opportunities.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on promotion performance, including sales lift, customer engagement, and budget utilization.
