Qualifications

• Proven experience in promoter management, field marketing, Promotor/Admin Sales.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and promoter management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Admin, Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Ability to speak English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analytics: Track promoter effectiveness, gather field feedback, and generate reports to inform strategy and improve future activities.
• Inventory & Collateral Management (if Any): Ensure promoters have the necessary tools (e.g., uniforms, marketing materials, product samples).
• Budget Management: Assist in managing promoter-related budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs for promoters and regularly evaluate individual and team performance; provide coaching and feedback for improvement also helping in calculating promotor salary.
