Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with an organization in the Industrial sector to hire a Lead Engineer Ground Support Equipment for the Southeast Asia region. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

You will lead maintenance, repair and technical support for GSE, coordinating with the Regional Service Manager and ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction across SEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any relevant educational background.
• 10+ years' experience performing repair and maintenance of vehicles or ground support equipment, and related components.
• Ground Support Equipment (GSE) experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Regional Service Manager
• Perform repairs and adjustments to various ground support equipment components and operating systems.
• Organises work/assignments independently with a strong sense of results and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
• Prepare reports and follow up with factory on trouble tickets.
• Ability to disassemble and reassemble components.
• Professional interaction with internal and external customers.
• Performs routine housekeeping duties including cleaning of work area, tool boxes, and company vehicle(s).
• Inspect, repair and/or overhaul components, such as electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
