Job summary

Wesco is hiring an Import & Customs Operations Staff to support our logistics and import operations in Indonesia. The role requires hands-on experience in the freight forwarding industry and a solid understanding of Indonesian import–export regulations and customs procedures.

You will coordinate with PPJK, warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customs clearance, timely delivery, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding, logistics, import–export, or customs.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian import–export regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience reviewing PIB and other customs documents.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify import documentation including PIB and supporting customs documents.
• Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customs-related parties.
• Monitor import/export shipments for compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with warehouses for receiving, inventory, and deliveries.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on shipment status and resolve operational issues.
• Communicate with internal departments and external service providers.
• Maintain records and reports for import, export, and customs operations.
