Harborstone Consulting Pte. Ltd. is expanding its Jakarta presence and seeks an Executive Assistant & Business Development Associate to work directly with the Managing Partner.

This role blends high-level administrative duties with proactive business development in an international context. The successful candidate will coordinate schedules, travel, and correspondence, support client introductions, conduct market research, and help develop Harborstone’s opportunities across Indonesia and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Communications or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Partner, including scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence and meeting preparation.
• Coordinate with clients, banks, professional advisers and business partners in Indonesia and overseas.
• Assist with preliminary client introductions, business enquiries and relationship management.
• Conduct research on companies, markets, financial institutions and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations, correspondence and business documentation.
• Monitor ongoing matters, follow up on outstanding items and maintain organised records.
• Support the development of Harborstone’s Jakarta presence and day-to-day business coordination.
