Job summary

Talent HuntPH is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our HR services team in Jakarta. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth of our HR solutions.

The role requires solid sales experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with marketing and operations. You should be willing to travel and have a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Proven sales/business development experience, preferably in HR services.
• Strong HR services knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HR services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns.
