Noraa & Co. is seeking a driven B2B Sales Executive for ERP and IT solutions in Jakarta. You will develop new business, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with consultants on demonstrations and proposals.

Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills are essential to translate client needs into compelling ERP solutions. The role requires at least two years in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling ERP, software, SaaS, or IT solutions is preferred.
• Proven track record of developing opportunities and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate customer needs into solution discussions.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Based in Jakarta or willing to work in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new B2B customers and build a qualified pipeline for ERP, business software, and IT solutions.
• Qualify leads and conduct discovery discussions to understand business needs, processes, pain points, budget, and readiness.
• Coordinate with functional and technical consultants on demonstrations, solution presentations, and requirements discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Manage negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and business decision-makers.
