PT. Arkana Solusi Digital is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive in Jakarta to drive growth for Odoo ERP solutions. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and present tailored ERP demonstrations to win new business.

The role requires 3–7 years in B2B sales, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and a proactive, independent work style. Familiarity with Odoo ERP is a plus and collaboration with the technical team is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
3-7 years experience in related fields.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT consulting or ERP solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Odoo ERP or other ERP solutions is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Shalat 5 times a day.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Odoo ERP capabilities
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
