Karofi Holding is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the General Trade channel across Jakarta. You will expand distribution, strengthen distributor relationships, and ensure consistent market execution to meet revenue KPIs.

The role requires a strong sales mindset, established distributor networks, and experience in consumer electronics or high-value products. English skills and a start-up mindset are valued; Jakarta market knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; background in Sales, Business, or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in GT channel sales, Area Sales Manager or Senior Supervisor role.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or high-value product categories is a plus.
• Strong relationships with distributors and a sales-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of market development initiatives in the assigned area in Indonesia.
• Identify, onboard, and develop reliable distributors and dealer networks.
• Build and maintain partnerships with distributors and key stakeholders.
• Support expansion of product availability and market coverage for consumer electronics.
• Monitor sales performance, sell-in/sell-out, and inventory levels; take proactive actions.
• Manage monthly sales KPIs; plan actions to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with distributors to improve sales execution and efficiency.
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations for local sales.
• Plan and execute sales activities across territories to meet targets.
• Share insights on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
