Job summary

PT. Lasallefood Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for the General Trade channel to lead sales across multiple retail sites in the JABODETABEK area.

You will drive revenue growth by designing and executing effective trade strategies and strengthening partnerships with key retailers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales leadership experience in retail/CPG, strong data analysis and forecasting skills, and the ability to travel regularly across West Java.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Management in retail/CPG.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and growing revenue.
• Strong leadership, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and general trade networks.
• Excellent Indonesian and English communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently across West Java.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales performance across multiple general trade sites in JABODETABEK.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
• Build and manage relationships with retail partners.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report to Senior Management.
• Identify market opportunities and respond to trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies across sites.
