Job summary

Godrej Indonesia is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth across GT channels in Bojonegoro, East Java. The role focuses on maintaining sell-in and sell-out, monitoring distributors, and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Area Sales or any sales role in FMCG.
• Experience with GT channel sales is required.
• Knowledge of Distributor Management is preferred.
• Willingness to be based in Bojonegoro, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales performance within the area (GT & Mix).
• Maintain sell-in, sell-out and distributor performance in the area.
• Monitor the performance of field operation teams (salesmen).
• Analyze and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients/distributors in the assigned area.
