Job summary

CTI Group, PT Computrade Technology International, sedang mencari Talent Acquisition Specialist untuk mengelola proses perekrutan secara end-to-end. Posisi ini berfokus pada penyusunan strategi sourcing dan evaluasi kandidat melalui wawancara berbasis kompetensi, dengan minat kuat terhadap IT untuk memahami kebutuhan talenta perangkat lunak dan infrastruktur IT.

Posisi ini bersifat hybrid di Jakarta Selatan dan bekerja sama secara erat dengan manajer perekrutan untuk mencapai target perekrutan

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman Talent Acquisition atau Recruitment, dengan gelar Sarjana Psikologi.
• Familiar dengan teknik wawancara berbasis kompetensi dan interpretasi tes psikologi.
• Minat kuat untuk belajar mengenai IT dan teknologi untuk memahami pemetaan talenta IT.

Responsibilities

• Mengumpulkan dan memahami kebutuhan perekrutan dari manajer perekrutan untuk mengembangkan strategi sourcing yang efektif.
• Mencari dan mengidentifikasi talenta melalui berbagai platform perekrutan dan saluran sourcing.
• Melakukan Competency-Based Interview dan meninjau hasil tes psikologi untuk menilai kompetensi kandidat.
• Bekerja sama dengan manajer perekrutan sepanjang proses untuk memastikan keselarasan kebutuhan.
• Menawarkan posisi kepada kandidat yang berhasil dan memfasilitasi proses onboarding.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities:

• Gather and understand hiring requirements, role responsibilities, and competency needs from hiring managers to develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Scout and identify top talent through various recruitment platforms and sourcing channels.
• Conduct Competency-Based Interviews and review psychological test results to assess candidates’ competencies and suitability.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure alignment on hiring needs and goals.
• Extend offers to successful candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
• Familiarity with basic Competency-Based Interview techniques and psychological test interpretation.
• Strong interest in learning about IT and technology to better understand IT talent mapping and sourcing strategies.
