Job summary

PT. BALI TOWERINDO SENTRA Tbk (BALITOWER) is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment in Jakarta, ensuring timely hiring and strong candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers to define manpower needs, source candidates via portals and LinkedIn Recruiter, conduct interviews, and manage multiple vacancies with tight deadlines. Maintain recruitment databases and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for various positions and levels.
• Familiar with job portals and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Telecoms/tech industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the agreed timeline.
• Monitor recruitment progress and prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Maintain recruitment databases and ensure candidate documentation is complete.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, recruitment vendors, and stakeholders.
