Job summary

PT Kewpie Indonesia is seeking an IT Support professional to install, configure, and maintain PCs, networks, and CCTV systems at Head Office & Factory Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat, West Java. The role includes troubleshooting LAN/Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and business applications such as ERP and WMS.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in IT/CS/IS with 3–5 years in IT support, preferably in manufacturing, and strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills along with solid documentation of IT

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / Information System.
3-5 years in IT Support / IT Staff / IT Technician.
Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, IP address, DHCP, DNS, Gateway, LAN & WiFi.
Basic CCTV/IP camera, NVR/DVR, PoE, and storage system knowledge.
Ability to perform basic hardware troubleshooting and replacement (HDD/SSD, RAM).
Good software troubleshooting skills and systematic problem solving.
Strong IT asset documentation for networks, incidents and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi‑Fi, Internet connectivity, routers and switches.
Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, PoE devices and CCTV storage.
Perform basic hardware maintenance and component replacement.
Maintain IT asset inventory and perform preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with ISP and IT vendors.
Provide first-level support for business applications and ERP systems.
