Job summary

PT Kewpie Indonesia is seeking an IT Support professional to install, configure, and maintain PCs, networks, and CCTV systems at Head Office & Factory Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat, West Java. The role includes troubleshooting LAN/Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and business applications such as ERP and WMS.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in IT/CS/IS with 3–5 years in IT support, preferably in manufacturing, and strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills along with solid documentation of IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / Information System.
• 3-5 years in IT Support / IT Staff / IT Technician.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, IP address, DHCP, DNS, Gateway, LAN & WiFi.
• Basic CCTV/IP camera, NVR/DVR, PoE, and storage system knowledge.
• Ability to perform basic hardware troubleshooting and replacement (HDD/SSD, RAM).
• Good software troubleshooting skills and systematic problem solving.
• Strong IT asset documentation for networks, incidents and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi‑Fi, Internet connectivity, routers and switches.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, PoE devices and CCTV storage.
• Perform basic hardware maintenance and component replacement.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with ISP and IT vendors.
• Provide first-level support for business applications and ERP systems.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet Connectivity, Routers, switches and other network devices.

Maintain and Troubleshoot CCTV systems, NVR/DVR, IP camera, PoE devices, and CCTV storage

Perform basic hardware maintenance, including HDD/SSD, RAM, and other component replacement when required

Maintain IT asset inventory, and perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment

Coordinate with ISP, hardware, CCTV, software, and other IT vendors.

Support basic IT security, backup, access control and data protection activities.

Provide first level technical support for business applications, including ERP Andal, Accurate, Food Procs, and WMS.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / Information System

Has experiences 3-5 years in IT Support , IT Staff, IT Technician

Has experiences in manufacture

Good understanding of basic network eg TCP/IP, IP address, DHCP, DNS, Gateway, Lan & Wifi

Basic knowledge of CCTV/IP camera, NVR/DVR, PoE, and storage system

Ability to perform basic hardware troubleshouting and replacement of HDD/SSD, RAM, others

Good understanding of software/application troubleshouting and systematic problem solving

Good documentation skils for IT Assets, network infrastructure, incidents & maintenance activities
