Job summary

PT Anta Sports Indonesia Distribution is seeking an IT Support & Systems Coordinator for our Jakarta wholesale office. You will be the on-site IT contact who keeps ERP, inventory, and sales reporting systems running, and will coordinate with vendors and the SEA regional IT team.

Key duties include first-line issue handling for Operations and Business teams, user access management, and maintaining the network and devices. Fluent English is required for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT support or IT officer role, preferably in distribution, retail, FMCG, logistics or fashion.
• D3/S1 in IT, Informatics, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems and end-user support.
• Fluent in English for regional HQ collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site IT contact for our Indonesia wholesale office and warehouse.
• Log, prioritise and resolve tickets; escalate to regional IT or vendors as needed.
• Provide first-line support for ERP, inventory and sales reporting systems.
• Maintain office/warehouse networking and basic monitoring; support peripherals.
• Manage vendor tickets through to closure and track SLAs.
• Apply security practices for access, backups and endpoint protection.

IT Support & Systems Coordinator (Wholesale)

You will be the on-site IT contact for our Indonesia wholesale office and warehouse. You keep business systems (including our ERP), the network and user devices running, and coordinate with vendors and the regional IT team in SEA.

Key responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for IT issues from Operations and Business teams. Log, prioritise and resolve tickets, and elevate to regional IT or vendors when needed.

Provide first-line support for our ERP, inventory and sales reporting systems. Handle user access and data issues, and coordinate with vendors on configuration changes, upgrades and integrations.

Maintain office and warehouse networking (switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points) and basic monitoring, escalating complex issues to vendors.

Support Windows PCs, printers, barcode scanners and other peripherals, including setup, repair and asset records.

Manage vendor tickets through to closure and track SLAs.

Apply security practices: user access, backups, endpoint protection, and compliance with company policy and Indonesian data protection regulation.

Use company AI tools to automate repetitive work, such as reports and ticket handling, and propose improvements to business teams.

About you

Windows 10/11, Active Directory/Microsoft 365, printers and peripherals

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi)

Experience working with business or ERP systems as an end-user, super-user or support contact

Hands-on ERP experience (NRS or similar: SAP B1, Oracle, Accurate, Odoo)

Warehouse systems or barcode and label printer experience

Fluent in English, for working with regional and HQ teams
