Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure, Network Support, or a related role
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or practical experience are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of computer, network, and internet troubleshooting
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn and develop technical skills
• Able to support occasional maintenance or urgent IT issues outside normal working hours when necessary

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
