Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an IT Support professional to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking, install and maintain IT equipment, and support office and project sites.

Based at Head Office Surabaya, you will manage networks, emails, user accounts, IT documentation, and asset inventories while delivering reliable end-user support. English fluency, problem-solving and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as IT Support.
• Proficiency in hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi and basic networking troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office/365.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Handle troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking.
• Perform installation and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Manage networks, email, user accounts, and IT systems.
