Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking skilled Desktop & Laptop Support Technicians to install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 across office devices. You will image desktops/laptops, install drivers and security updates, and address hardware or software issues to ensure secure, reliable workstations.

The role requires 1–3 years of end-user support, familiarity with AD/Entra ID, and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or technical IT certification.
• 1–3 years of desktop/laptop support or service-desk experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, BIOS/UEFI, and disk partitioning.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and Outlook.
• Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, LAN, and VPN knowledge.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and endpoint-management tools.
• Experience using remote-support and ticket-management tools.
• Ability to diagnose problems methodically and explain solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11.
• Format and image desktops and laptops using standard OS images.
• Install drivers, security updates, patches, and approved apps.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, software, and startup issues.
• Troubleshoot printers, scanners, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Configure email, profiles, antivirus, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, and LAN.
• Join devices to AD/Entra ID and apply policies.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights.
• Set up devices for new employees and assist with exits.
• Back up and restore user data during repairs or migrations.
• Replace RAM, storage, batteries, or keyboards as needed.
• Provide remote and on-site support; escalate when needed.
• Record incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Maintain hardware inventory and spare equipment.
