Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' IT support or technical support experience (fresh grads with strong tech knowledge are welcome).
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Windows, Office, and macOS environments.
• Basic understanding of network devices including switches, routers, wireless access points, and printers.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Responsible, proactive, well-organised, and able to perform under pressure.
• Willing to provide technical support during school events when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to staff and events, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Office environments and assist with basic network problems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and effective IT support during events and normal operations.
