RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an IT Staff (Fresh Graduate only) for our trading client in Jakarta. The role involves setting up IT equipment, maintaining Windows environments, and providing day-to-day IT support to staff in a fast-paced trading setting.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, strong English communication, and a proactive, patient approach to troubleshooting IT issues. CVs in English only will be processed.

Formación

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• High conversational English proficiency.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to troubleshoot IT issues patiently and systematically.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and configure PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install and maintain Windows, software, and basic applications.
• Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues.
• Support and troubleshoot Internet and LAN/Wi‑Fi connections.
• Assist with basic server monitoring and maintenance.
• Help manage firewall and network security as needed.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT permissions.
• Perform regular IT equipment and network checks.
• Support employees with day-to-day IT-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.
• Follow company IT security policies and procedures.
