Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia seeks an IT Staff Infrastructure for our client in Deltamas, Bekasi, to maintain IT infrastructure and support ERP systems. Fresh graduates welcome, with 2+ years in manufacturing IT preferred; strong Fortinet and MikroTik troubleshooting is required.

On-site role with collaborative production and maintenance teams, English CV required. Responsibilities include backups, security management, asset documentation, and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (D3) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 2+ years IT staff experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot Fortinet and MikroTik devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN, VLAN, routing, and APs; understand network topology.
• Basic programming skills and strong logical thinking.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
• Only CV in English will be processed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, network, hardware, software).
• Support ERP system including user issues, access management, and vendor coordination.
• Perform routine backups, system updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, routing, and Access Points.
• Troubleshoot Fortinet firewall and MikroTik devices.
• Manage endpoint security: antivirus, patching, and user access control.
• Maintain network topology documentation and IT asset records.
• Handle user requests/incidents for hardware, software, printers, email, Windows OS.
• Coordinate with Production/Maintenance to solve machine-related system problems.
