Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with Web servers like Tomcat and IIS and with SQL.
• Good skills in analyzing logs and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and guiding users through product features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in contact center environments.
• Coordinate with product developers to support company products at customer sites.
• Maintain clear documentation of support activities and resolutions.
