Job summary

SKINTIFIC in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an IT Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and assist with basic network troubleshooting. You will manage user accounts and permissions, maintain IT admin databases, and support spreadsheet upkeep.

You will communicate clearly with users to guide resolutions and collaborate with the IT team to improve processes in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or related technical role.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS end-user support and basic troubleshooting.
• Basic networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, connectivity).
• Knowledge of user account management and system permissions.
• Experience with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and IT admin databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Quick learner in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
