PT ELISTEC INFORMATIKA UTAMA is looking for an IT Support to provide Level 1 assistance and manage end-user helpdesk requests in Jakarta. You will troubleshoot PC and laptop hardware/ software issues and monitor basic network connectivity to ensure smooth IT operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication with end users.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Support or Helpdesk.
• Experience providing Level 1 support and handling end-user requests.
• Familiar with Windows OS and troubleshooting PC hardware/software.
