Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead Academy's IT infrastructure, systems, and services in Jakarta. You will ensure secure, reliable operations and drive continuous improvement to support educational and operational needs.

In this role you will collaborate with multiple departments to align technology solutions with academic goals, oversee on-site and after-hours support, and guide a small team of IT professionals toward high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• Min. 5 years in IT operations/infrastructure with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and system admin.
• IT certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are an advantage.

Requirements

• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA) are an advantage, with willingness to provide on-site and after-hours support when required.
