Job summary

Seven Retail, a growing House of Brands in Indonesia, invites an IT Support Senior Associate to keep our IT environment running smoothly across offices. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues and provide end-user support.

You hold a Bachelor's in IT/CS and have 4+ years in IT or Technical Support, with FortiGate, Sophos or MikroTik experience and solid networking (VPN, Wi‑Fi, servers). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 4+ years of IT/Technical Support experience.
• Experience with FortiGate, Sophos, MikroTik or similar firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and other IT issues to keep systems running smoothly.
• Set up, install, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the company network (Wi‑Fi, VPN, servers, firewalls, network devices).
• Perform regular system checks and fix technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with external vendors for IT maintenance, repairs, and escalation as needed.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues quickly.

Your Day-to-Day

• You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and other IT issues to keep systems running smoothly.
• Set up, install, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the company's network, including Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, servers, firewalls, and network devices.
• Perform regular system checks and fix technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Work with external vendors for IT maintenance, repairs, and issue escalation when needed.
• Provide technical support to employees and ensure their IT issues are resolved quickly.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• >4 years of experience in IT Support or Technical Support.
• Familiar with firewalls such as FortiGate, Sophos, MikroTik, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of networks, including Wi-Fi, VPN, servers, switches, and access points.
• Experience supporting multiple office locations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
