Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking an experienced IT Support Senior Associate in Jakarta to troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and networks across multiple offices. You will set up devices, manage cybersecurity measures, and collaborate with vendors to keep IT operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT or CS and has more than four years of IT/technical support experience with FortiGate, Sophos, or MikroTik firewalls, plus strong networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to keep systems running smoothly.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the company network, including Wi-Fi, VPN, servers, and security devices.
• Provide timely IT support to employees and escalate issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and other IT issues to keep systems running smoothly.
• Set up, install, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the company's network, including Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, servers, firewalls, and network devices.
• Perform regular system checks and fix technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Work with external vendors for IT maintenance, repairs, and issue escalation when needed.
• Provide technical support to employees and ensure their IT issues are resolved quickly.

Your Day-to-Day

• You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and other IT issues to keep systems running smoothly.
• Set up, install, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the company's network, including Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, servers, firewalls, and network devices.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• >4 years of experience in IT Support or Technical Support.
• Familiar with firewalls such as FortiGate, Sophos, MikroTik, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of networks, including Wi-Fi, VPN, servers, switches, and access points.
• Experience supporting multiple office locations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
