Job summary

Indodana in Jakarta Pusat is seeking an IT Support specialist to ensure company IT operations run smoothly, support and maintain office network and internet connectivity, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues.

You will set up PCs and laptops, assist with IT procurement, manage onboarding and offboarding hardware handovers, perform light coding to automate tasks, and propose technology initiatives to streamline support workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support.
• Good knowledge of network, hardware, software, and printer troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Create daily reports related to the connectivity & resources monitoring in the placement Office.
• Setup PCs and Laptops, and help research which items for the company to procure.
• Prepare & Proceed the IT Peripheral handover to/from the employee in the onboarding & offboarding Process.
• Do some light coding to automate tasks.
• Provide some technology & procedure initiatives to create more effective IT Support workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support.
