Job summary

PT DISTRIBUTOR KOMPONEN UTAMA is seeking an IT Staff to support and troubleshoot network and IT devices. The role requires a formal IT degree or equivalent, strong networking knowledge, MikroTik configuration, and experience with Windows, Linux, and UniFi devices.

Familiarity with Zahir Accounting Software is a plus, and overtime may be required. The ideal candidate should be proactive, communicative, and able to work well in a team, ensuring smooth IT operations and timely user support across

Qualifications

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Good knowledge of networking and network troubleshooting.
Familiar with MikroTik configuration and troubleshooting.
Able to troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
Familiar with Zahir Accounting Software.
Good understanding of Windows, Linux, and UniFi systems/devices.
Able to install and configure Windows, Microsoft Office, and supporting applications.
Responsive, proactive, diligent, and willing to support users with IT-related issues.
Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Willing to work overtime when required.
