Job summary

Requirement

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

At least 1 year of experience in a role such as IT Asset Management, IT Support, IT Inventory Management, or a similar position

Understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle Management concepts and IT asset inventory processes

Experience using inventory or asset management tools (e.g., ManageEngine AssetExplorer, GLPI, OCS Inventory, ServiceNow, Freshservice, or similar)

Familiarity with IT hardware—such as laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and networking devices—as well as software licenses

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting) for asset data processing
