Job summary

PT. Navitasys Technology Indonesia is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and maintain our IT ecosystem, including servers, networks, and hardware.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity, and perform routine backups and disaster recovery. The role requires familiarization with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic virtualization, with a focus on IT security and end-user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Max 3 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Familiar with server management, networking, and basic virtualization.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Understanding of IT security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Good English communication; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network, and hardware

Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP

Understanding of IT security best practices

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage
